Many of the causes of poor heath in older adults are the result of poor health decisions. This, coupled with the effects of a sedentary lifestyle, makes the later years more challenging. Many fifty-plus adults (myself included) already have a predisposition to, or actually have, some chronic health issues that necessitate a lifestyle change in addition to corrective exercise. Fortunately, there's GREAT news for all of us! For older adults, good choices and regular physical activity can restore and often reverse many of these health issues.
It just takes the first step in the right direction...And we can do this TOGETHER!
